Please help me to understand all of the doubts regarding metrices and reports.

1. Is metrices customizable. I means what to see and what not to see.
2. I am seeing that metrics dashboard is displaying a date range, from where it is coming (How it is calculating the date range). What If I want to see this according to my requirement.
   
3. Please let me know why it is displaying No. 5 is all project.
   
4. Is dashboard customizable as per requirement. like...
