Tested and squashed some bugs

Removed the bug where the library is zipped rather than ignored
Also tested SysInternal suite zip extraction works, and if it is ignored, and everything else.
Finally fixed file saving bug is fixed, where it was saving the logs, zips and hashes outside Logicytics
For --minimal flag, bug was it misspelled a file name, fixed that
