Enhancement Description
Culverts work exactly like pumps in FloodAdapt.
The 5th column in the structure file determines the type, currently it's hard-coded to 1.
type=1: Drainage pump
type=2: Culvert
type=3: Check valve

- SFINCS Adapter: make type in structure file flexible, depending on measure type

- add culvert to hydrodynamic measures
