HERE url format changed. No longer working.

It appears you are formatting the HERE API URL with and "app_id" and "app_code". This fails.

The HERE documentation for these requests is formatted like so:

https://geocode.search.hereapi.com/v1/geocode
?q=240+Washington+St.%2C+Boston
&limit=4
&apiKey={YOUR_API_KEY}

I have confirmed the above works with just the API key added.
