Vulnerability Scan Fails Silently Without Connection

After setting up Dependency Track and uploading a SBOM, I waited for the security analysis. After some time I triggered the analysis manually, because no vulnerabilities were found.

Doing the same on my laptop, works fine. Am I right, that Dependency Track fails silently, if no Databases could be reached, because the network blocks them?

I can unblock the URLs, but some when there will be new ones in the future and I will not recognize that, because there is no error message.

Am I missing something or do we really need an Error Indicator showing the blocked connections?

In my point of view, having no vulnerabilities should not be an error indicator, but maybe there is some info in the frontend, that can be used to identify the problem?
