Link to vulnerability by uuid #1447
Description
Current Behavior
I can link to vulnerabilities with source and source ID. Like "/vulnerabilities/NVD/CVE-2025-69873".
Proposed Behavior
I want to link to the with the uuid. Like "/vulnerabilities/1111-2222-3333-4444".
It seems that src/views/portfolio/vulnerabilities/Vulnerability.vue is already prepared for this, but there is no route for this.
