Broken WTF.md document link in README

I'm not sure if that document was mistakenly deleted, or if the link was not cleaned up when the document was deleted. I personally found it an interesting read, so maybe worthwhile to restore it.

Hey @bboe, glad you found it interesting to read. I think it got deleted more-or-less by accident when we restructured our docs. Some parts of it got moved to the main page of the docs.

We're also in the process of removing Kafka again (see ADR-001, ADR-002, and ADR-003).

Since the decision for Kafka made up the meat of WTF.md, it is unfortunately no longer relevant. We could likely add it to some sort of archive section in the docs if there's value in that.
