chore: Remove all code files from Contributor's folders

The code files from each of the contributor's Projects need to be removed since only the Depoly link and thumbnail are required.
This will massively reduce the file size.

To simplify the process we can create a JSON file that contains the Deploy link and the thumbnail link.
