Tree comparison won't load with 498/497 taxa #13

Hello, when I try to load 2 trees for comparison, the trees show up on the screen but the comparison colors never load, nor do the tools to allow me to manipulate the tree. Possibly there is an issue being caused by the size of the trees (although I read that phylo.io was optimized for >500 taxa, so I wouldn't think I'm at the limit here), or by the fact that there is one taxon present in one tree by not the other. I have tried to load for several minutes on multiple browsers and computers, but no luck. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
