Updated grid definitions for EPS models

on 23.11.2022 you are updating the grid for the global and eu-nest grid. Do you have updates for descriptions and weights?

I have created PR #4 #5 #6 to update the descriptions and dockerfile for the most recent grid update that will take place at 23.11.2022.
