isRooted is true when running on macOS(install from App Store)

I'm working on an application that has permission to install on MacOS by downloading it from the official App Store.
When running the 3 checks, isRoot is returning true.

Is this expected behavior? How can I get around this?

I don't know how the maintainer would debug this case, you can only run on a simulator in the Xcode but no way to run outside a simulator
