1, support time picker. so that users can select the date range and get metrics accordingly.
2, add multi-team support, and for each team, if it has merics, will has a link to go directly to this team metrics, so dig more team information is easy.
3. when team level metric is displayed, update the organization title with link, so it can go back to organization level metrics easily.
