Adjustments to Upcomming Community Calls & Next WG Orientation Calls

First, thank you all for your participation in the past APAC, EMEA, and AMER community calls group discussions! To make sure we meet again with well-organized agenda items around the working groups based on the DRF phased roadmap, we will be adjusting the meeting schedule slightly. We realized that, due to the following factors, we need a bit more time to prepare:

• Limited capacity by our volunteers who offered to organize and address all the survey responses and next steps effectively
• Upcoming holidays and conference travel, which impact availability for both community call moderators and attendees
• The importance of ensuring our next calls are productive and focused, drive meaningful conversations and allow for a natural flow

Here’s the updated plan:

The next AMER (22nd Nov) and EMEA/APAC (28th Nov) calls are canceled. These will be replaced with orientation calls to properly launch the working groups and share the roadmap moving forward.

Next calls scheduled for the Working Group Orientation Calls

• AMER Orientation WG: 6th Dec
• EMEA & APAC Orientation WG: 12th Dec

These changes will be reflected in both, the Discord events section and our DRF calendar, which you can see and download here. Please allow us a period of 3-5 days to have these changes updated accordingly.
