DRMM | Create Outline for a DevRel Maturity Model Document #148
Description
Propose an outline / table of contents for the DevRel Maturity Model document. What chapters / sections / notes should there be.
This issue doesn't need to write each out, just provide the outline similar to DevOps, CMMI, and other maturity model definitions but tailored for DevRel use cases.
