[CodeSamples][DashboardPage] Make Sample Sizing more Responsible

Sample Display should be responsible depending on screen size
Possible Options:

• IValueConverter
• limiting via grid RowDefinition High (star)

Seems like not possible without Codebehind in mvux binding to event.
Will be added as sample later on but first regular model + xaml itself binding samples to be pushed back
