Manage Extensions: Potential Missing Language Entry #1651

Current behavior
It took me a while to work out how to install an extension, as it did not say anywhere how to do this:
Eventually, I noticed the above "button", which, presumably, should say "Install Extension", or words to that effect.
I can only assume the English version of this phrase is missing. I am using: Version 2.0-preview.9
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)
- Install DevToys-Preview [Version 2.0-preview.9
- Navigate to the "Manage Extensions" UI

Button to actually have a label, lol
