[BUG]Unable to scale group placed on top of a portal layer

When using the portal feature of the Advanced Canvas plugin to display another canvas, if I add
a new group layer on top of the portal layer, the group cannot be scaled (resized).
Instead of scaling, any scaling attempt just moves the entire group as a single object.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a canvas and use the portal feature to embed another canvas.

2.Add a new group layer above the portal layer.

3.Try to scale the group — instead of resizing, the group simply moves.
