GPTBot creating 80GB of traffic to survey form

I noticed that TokyoDev's version of the survey-form was running out of bandwidth. This appears to be caused by it being hammered by ChatGPT's bot (user agent Mozilla/5.0 AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko; compatible; GPTBot/1.3; +https://openai.com/gptbot)). It was continuously requesting the same paths, hundreds of times per minute. I put it behind Cloudflare and blocked it.

These related issues might partially mitigate it: #543, #542. However, it was also making requests to /en-US/privacy-policy 150 times per minute, so there's something obviously bugged on their side.
