[lit] [SPIRV] Convert whole output test to lit FileCheck test (microsoft#5634)

2 commits. 1 move the files and 1 update test to lit FileCheck test. All shaders which used bezier_common_hull.hlsli are converted too. WholeFileTestFixture.cpp/.h are removed.
