Two youtarr instances on the same server

Hi,
love the project works like a dream! I would love to have two youtarr instances running on the same machine. My use case is one youtarr for me and the other for my son. As I want both instances to send videos to two different plex libraries so need seperation for my mental sanity.

As long as you're okay with foregoing topic directories, you could just direct all of your channels to one subfolder and kid videos to another and then use those subfolders as the Plex library roots.
