missing files cannot remove

I had some storage challenges unexpectedly, things are better now and youtarr sees old downloads that it is correctly reporting as "missing". I do not plan on downloading the videos again, but there is not a way to remove these ghosts from downloaded video list as everything is grayed out. Is there a way to remove them? I looked around and nothing jumps out and the trashcan is gray....

Ah, nope, currently there is no way to remove "ghosts" from the downloaded video list, but it should hurt anything.... I don't plan to add a fix for this issue, but if you want to contribute you're welcome to open a PR :)
