Feature Request: Delete directory with auto-cleanup if directory is empty.

I would like to see Youtarr delete a directory of a channel if the last video is deleted and then there are no videos left in the directory.

I noticed I have quite a few videos that I manually downloaded for a channel and the video was eventually deleted but the directory remains behind.

Would also be nice to do this for the added channels that I have added to Youtarr.
