Make staging deployment in pollux #139
Description
We'd like to minimise bad deployments of this service, before doing any big releases, we should deploy the service onto pollux with a staging address and confirm that the "requires deployed server" tests added in #138 pass.
Until this is setup, we should only make releases during commissioning days/shutdown
