Flaky transfocator test #1687
Description
We're occasionally getting a flaky test in the transfocator of the form:
FAILED tests/devices/i04/test_transfocator.py::test_when_beamsize_set_then_set_correctly_on_device_and_waited_on - TimeoutError: transfocator-predicted_vertical_num_lenses didn't match 157 in 0.1s, last value 0.0
