Move FR status/decoder and config/decoder_config into one group on FRX screen #82
Description
And remove FrameReceiverDecoderController.
This should just be a case of replacing "decoder_config" with "decoder in path and then not partitioning the parameters and allowing them to be created on the FRX controller.
Acceptance Criteria
- All decoder/decoder_config parameters appear on FRX screen in a group called "Decoder"
- Decoder button and sub screen is removed
