ROIExcluder rename, ROIIncluder

ROIExcluder currently *includes* all points within a ROI. Shouldn't it exclude all points within a ROI and include everything not in the ROI?
Should there therefore be a ROIIncluder class which does what a ROIExcluder currently does?
