• Put beam onto the centre of diffractometer.

Tasks

base on the goals, deduce the tasks required. check them off once they're done

• Raise sy and scan m4 fine pitch.
• At beam position, find sy positon where the pin half cut the beam by scanning sy.
• Set th to 180 degree, repeat step 2, if half cut is within 0.05mm, it is align, otherwise adjust m4height and m4fpitch so that the half cut is the mid point between the half cut.
• Move back to 0, repeat 2,3 as required.
