[Bug] The reminder of max input length is not reliable in mask compose when using image payload with plugins

How to reproduce?

1. Post ITO or RedPacket in image payload mode.
2. Notice the reminder of input length.
3. Reach the max length.

What happened?

Will cause the image payload can't be decrypted.
