Bug: Unable to enable push notifications on Akkoma #2378

Description
You can't enable push notifications from an Akkoma instance. You can see them in the app just fine, but on both macOS and iOS, neither app is able to enable them - turning the switch on flickers on, before immediately turning itself off again.
