Bug: Hashtags disappear on toot edit

Environment:

• OS: 26.1

• IceCubesApp version: 2.0.9

Description

Given a toot containing several hashtags
When I edit this toot
Then the hashtags disappears and are removed when edition is done

Expected behaviour

As a user
When I edit a toot containing bf hashtags
The hashtags are not removed from the edit pane and still used when edition is done

@codex can you look at this issue:
Basically it has to do with HTMLString and how we extract the tags from the post content to put them in a specific UI when the post content has tags on the last line.
When editing a post like that, it seems we're not restoring the tags content
