Select Disabled on Options does not work properly

I have found three issues with the disabled prop on SelectOption:

1. There is no difference in style when an option is disabled
2. When using the keyboard disabled options are not skipped (with arrow down/up)
3. When selecting a disabled option via keyboard and then pressing Enter or Tab, that option is selected, which should not be allowed.
