Add recommeded Cargo optimization option to a default Dioxus template #87

Hi!
Dioxus has a documentation page about various optimization techniques that can help optimize Dioxus-based applications, including recommended Cargo configuration. Having such a tip is a great thing but I suggest to make one more step further and add this Stable configuration to a default Dioxus template. This change can help Dioxus users to optimize their applications "by default" when they are generated via this template.
I have a positive experience with such changes in another Rust project - Ratatui.
