教师端-生成教案之后不能删除

Describe the bug

    生成教案之后不能删除重新生成。

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

    1. 登陆教师端
    2. 点击“生成教案”

Expected behavior

    生成之后，可以正常导出为MD文件，但是导出旁边的垃圾桶标签意义不明，点击图标之后应该提示作用。
