The empty detections

When I run"python tools/Test_TIN_HICO.py --num_iteration 1700000 --model TIN_HICO", in the
"-Results/TIN_HICO_testNIS_thres_x0.1_y0.9 "folder I have 80 detections but have the size 1KB and all are empty. What happend?
