Add functions to generate & process curation templates dynamically

This template makes it much easier for me to systematically curate complex disease information.

It would be great if:

1. The template could be populated with new disease information, such as mappings for example.
2. The template could be populated with existing disease information for review and revision.
3. There was an automated process to convert these templates to robot templates for loading into the ontology.
4. There was an automated process to remove information from the ontology, as necessary.

These things could be accomplished stepwise. Perhaps with priority for conversion between a curation template and a robot template (#3).
