Update examples causal paths to use IRIs

The values from the causal paths are place holders. Replace with IRIs from ontologies. Related to #8.

Canonical causal paths live in the https://github.com/Display-Lab/knowledge-base project. Either draw from those directly or use them as a template for selecting valid URIs.
