Raspberry pi 4 support ?

Hello,

I currently own a Raspberry Pi 4 with a `RAK2287 Pi HAT` and I wish I could use NixOS on it.
My first question is: do you plan to add support for it ?

Also, do you plan to upstream the packages in `pkgs/` ? Would it be beneficial to upstream them ?
