[Feature Request] Custom Database File To Block Calls/SMS

As title says!

Can you add the ability to use custom database so that we can block Calls/SMS

Some SMS comes from Number like "1234" but some comes with name Like "5GBInternet" so can you also add the ability to block name or number like SMS
