Malicious link detection - source app?

I've had a couple malicious link detection notifications, but it doesn't tell me anything useful - it just lists the domain it doesn't like. I'd like to know which app triggered it, and perhaps which list the domain appears on. I'd also prefer an on-screen pop-up alert, or something similarly hard to miss because I'm not noticing the notification icon appear when it happens (likely due to DND mode or something).

oh this is something I didn't account for, and that makes sense, it should list the app in that case
