(Enhancement) Extensions

Could one (or all) of the below be implemented?

Always show "Install Extension from File" under Advanced in Settings be shown?
Always show: Debug Menu
Enable "Install Extension from File" unever extension section (similar to another fork, name withheld unless need).

Custom collection is not an option as I have modified extensions that I do not have permission to publish.

That said, one of the extensions keeps saying corrupt when installing from File but works fine in Ice Raven.

Negative. I enabled CA Certificate. But after a full close, reboot or 'x'minutes it closes again.

@SkewedZeppelin The main issue with extensions on mull is they don't get updated at all.

Is there any solution to this?
