Mull browser icon not showing on android TV

I just checked. Mull browser works fine on Android TV. Just few things aren't right.

1. Mull Browser icon not showing on launcher
2. Translations aren't available
3. Exit button not showing
4. During the initial setup it's bit glitching on mobile interface & tv interface

i have tested few things. small write up

Extensions work, video plays, android tv remote compatible, bookmarks works, keyboard works.

I think small optimizations will make mull w good browser for Android TV

I feel some privacy features can be dropped for mull browser so we can have even more better stability & smoothness on Android TV. Some features can also be cut down to make the browsing experience bit faster

Third-party apps are not shown in the app drawer. You need to install "sideload launcher" from the Play Store and launch Mull within that launcher. And for smoothness you can lower the tracking settings. There's no reason to choose firefox fork browser if you're not looking for privacy.
