Cache lookup monitoring section in README is broken

This example is not working. The configuration value cannot be set, and there is also no method reference to cache_lookup_event in the code. Did I miss something?

Should the section just be removed, or is there another way of monitoring the cache usage?

Hi! I guess you're looking at the docs from master, but code is not in master, because this feature is so new that it was not released yet (will do the release this week).

Here's the reference from master
