[Feature Request] Expansion chip support for .NES ROM file export

Currently only bare 2A03 is supported. Now this wouldn't be a problem, if only hardware NSF players weren't so expensive

we will consider single-chip, non-FDS, non-bankswitching INES ROMs. the details listed are below:

currently, the INES ROM export supports 2A03 with no bankswitching. this means that most INES exports can't have too many instruments or samples, or they won't fit within the 32KB ROM area that non-bankswitching allows.

Each different expansion audio chip (except FDS) comes from a mapper, which has its different method of bankswitching, with different bank paging and etc. the driver/format has to be refactored to support each of those different methods.

currently, the NSF driver and format doesn't support other kinds of bankswitching than NSF's bankswitching.

FDS is unsupported, because it is not a typical expansion sound addon, rather essentially a unique hardware configuration involving a disk drive.
