Fix module version compatibility and module version config #377
Description
currently, the Version tab in the configuration settings are somewhat nonfunctional. it seems that version loading/saving restrictions are planned but not implemented yet.
the hurdle of documenting the module versions of FT, 0CC-FT, and Dn-FT have already been jumped and finished with (https://github.com/Dn-Programming-Core-Management/Dn-FamiTracker/wiki/Dn-FT-module-format#version-chart), but its implementation remains:
- Disallow future features while loading
- Disable future features in tracker
- Save in target FTM format version
- List the complete versions on the dropdown menu
