test: Add Phase 3 dashboard integration tests

- Add comprehensive integration test script for Phase 3 features
- Test dashboard generation with real project data
- Verify activity feed, velocity metrics, and progress tracking
- Add integration test results documentation
- All 13 integration tests passing

Tests verify:
- Dashboard.json generation and structure
- Activity feed from commits and tasks
- Velocity metrics calculation
- Progress data parsing from progress.json files
- Auto-update functionality
