How to connect internally across different project docker?

Hi,
I have created two project, one has web and one holds postgresql.
So how to connect to the postgresql from the web internally?
The internal link seems only work for docker within the same project, not across project.

Both containers need to be in the same docker network to connect internally

Thanks. Then how to set in the dokploy? or do I have to it maually through cmd line?

if you are just deploying single apps, these are all in same dokploy network
if you are deploying compose based stacks, then specify same network in both compose
