Preview deployments + autodeploy do not work

Hello,
I have Dokploy on a VPS server and the preview deployments aren't being triggered on PRs to the branch.
Autodeploy does not work either.
When creating a new PR, I do not even see the trigger message in the PR :/.
Do you have any idea why this could be the case?

Solved.
My github app settings were incorrect. The IP of my VPS that was used was the one of my private tailscale network! This is certainly because I did the initial setup within my tailscale network.
