Scheduled task to check for updated docker images and pull/redeploy services

I wanted to share a little script for a scheduled dokploy task that checks for docker image updates and redeploys services that use them as needed.

You give it a list of compose service names and it checks if any of their docker images have been updated (e.g. because you're using imagename:latest and latest has changed), then redeploys those services as needed.

Doesn't require altering the compose file to add pull_policy and works unattended.
