Being able to select the download quality

Summary

So i noticed that in the downloads you cant select the video quality, it would be really nice if you could, specially on mobile.

(Thanks for your work guys, i love this software)

Basic Example

Select a lower bitrate or resolution.

Drawbacks

More space needed to download if its the original file.

I'm not sure if this is something I should implement until Jellyfin supports transcoded downloads officially. One option would be to use this https://github.com/streamyfin/optimized-versions-server but it would require every user to install that alongside Jellyfin.

In my library I have two copies of every movie, one (smaller one) for download and streaming on the go and one larger one for watching on TV at home. Currently, if I change the video track it doesn't affect the download button on the web interface because it always downloads the default.
