Broken link for Custom Errors

Uncommenting the following section in Web.Debug.config and Web.Release.config won't work because there is no GenericError.htm or InternalError.htm files in the template.

That code is commented out and was there in the default web.release.config and web.debug.config files for illustration purposes.

Sure, we can close this. I just remembered that we use elmah instead of custom errors.
